About the project

Your responsibilities

• Create AI system architectures that integrate machine learning models, data pipelines, and infrastructure requirements
• Select appropriate AI models, fine-tune algorithms, and develop strategies for improving model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into actionable business solutions
• Stay current with cutting-edge AI research, experimental techniques, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in AI architecture
• Develop technical presentations, and lead customer-facing meetings to demonstrate solution potential, address technical inquiries, and articulate AI value propositions to potential clients
• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and systematically document detailed business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria to define precise project scope and AI solution specifications

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing customer-facing AI solutions, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role
• Advanced technical expertise in AI technologies (including models, algorithms, and tools) with comprehensive knowledge of at least one major cloud provider's AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate complex cloud-based AI capabilities into actionable business solutions
• Continuous learning mindset with current awareness of cloud AI technologies, including emerging services and machine learning infrastructure options
• Capability to assess AI solution feasibility across cloud environments, understanding architectural trade-offs, cost implications, and performance optimization strategies
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
