Your responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the platform
• Continue development of the existing codebase
• Improve and refactor architecture where necessary
• Develop and optimize AI-driven recruitment workflows
• Integrate external systems and APIs
• Ensure product reliability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with the business co-founder on product strategy

Our requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2/native)
• Experience with LLMs, AI products, SaaS platforms, and modern web architecture will be highly valuable.
• We are open to candidates at different stages of their career - including students or first-time founders - but experience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable:
• Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience
• Experience building AI or SaaS products
• Ability to own the product technically from MVP to scalable platform
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a company
