Assistant President Professional (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meetings, presentations, and decision‑making documents
  • Conduct analyses, research, and manage own sub‑projects
  • Ensure smooth information flow between executives, teams, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate national and international meetings, conferences, and team events
  • Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites
  • Handle a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks
  • Represent the office professionally in all internal and external interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or commercial/economics education
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TEAMS; SAP experience is a plus
  • Discreet handling of confidential and sensitive information, Flexible and proactive mindset
