Open to relocating within Europe for up to 3 months during the traineeship., Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration, Fluent in English and Polish; proficiency in another European language is a plus., Demonstrated interest in selling innovative packaging adhesive solutions in technical B2B environment. Previous internships in sales with a technical or innovation focus are advantageous., Eager to pursue a technical sales specialist role in Poland location post-trainee program., Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication skills and sustainability mindset., Team player with fresh ideas, effective collaboration skills and pr-active mindset., Willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic Marketing & Sales environment.
