Automation tester with BluePrism

We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism Automation Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of robotic process automation solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will work as part of a collaborative automation team, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable automation solutions.This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful automation initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Blue Prism automation solutionsCollaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical automation designsBuild reusable, scalable, and secure automation componentsPerform unit testing, support system testing, and assist with user acceptance testingTroubleshoot and resolve automation defects and production issuesEnsure automations comply with security, governance, and operational standardsContribute to documentation, including solution design documents and operational guidesSupport continuous improvement of automation frameworks and development standardsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven hands-on experience developing automations using Blue PrismStrong understanding of robotic process automation concepts and best practicesExperience working with object-oriented design principles within Blue PrismAbility to interpret business processes and translate them into automation solutionsExperience working in enterprise or large-scale environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team-based and international settingsDesirable SkillsExperience working within an Automation Centre of ExcellenceExposure to process analysis and process improvement methodologiesExperience with version control, release management, or structured delivery frameworksBackground in testing, quality assurance, or production support of automationsWorking StyleComfortable working in fast-paced project environmentsProactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focusedAble to manage workload independently while collaborating closely with othersSound like you lets talk or apply to this position to [email protected]
