THE WORK:

• Build modern, scalable solutions in a distributed environment using cutting-edge technologies, dedicated to ongoing improvement and ensuring high standards.

Requirements

• 3+ year of commercial experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo) databases.
• Ability to build systems that scale horizontally and remain resilient under load
• Familiarity with communication patterns (sync/async), reliability mechanisms (idempotency, retries), caching.
• Knowledge how to optimize code execution and SQL queries.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and distributed system design.
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• A passion for tackling challenges and delivering elegant solutions to intricate technical problems is highly valued.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode from Warsaw office (2-3 times per week in the office).
