BI Developer

Develop, implement, and optimize BI solutions to enhance data accessibility and reporting.
Design and improve dashboards, reports, and data models delivering actionable insights.
Maintain and optimize existing BI systems (performance, data quality, reliability).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Validate and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Train and support end-users to drive adoption of BI tools.

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development (data modelling, ETL/ELT, reporting).
Strong experience with Oracle Database (SQL, complex queries, optimization, performance tuning, database management).
Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling following best practices, advanced DAX).
Experience with SSRS (designing paginated reports, parameters, subscriptions, optimization).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, OLAP).
Experience with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent English (daily communication & documentation).
