What you create

• Management and implementation of maintenance, service, and renovation projects at our Berlin locations
• Ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems (TGA)
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Evaluation of maintenance tasks, including requesting quotes, procuring spare parts, and scheduling
• Organizing relocations, renovations, and space adjustments
• Managing external service providers from quotation to acceptance
• Cost control and support with budget and operating cost planning
• Collaborating with building services and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (including GMP)
• Documenting measures and technical changes

What you bring along

• Technical apprenticeship with advanced education (technician/master craftsman) or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, utility engineering, or facility management
• Experience in technical facility management or building services engineering
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with building management or maintenance software is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Participation in on-call duty (including additional compensation)
