Business Analyst | Hybrid from Gdynia

We are looking for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment.📍 Work model: Gdynia (hybrid model – 3 days per week onsite).📅 Experience (Years): 8–10ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with development teams to gather, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements.Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, functional specifications for developers and QA testers.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinement sessions) and status meetings.Support scope definition and refinement with Lead BA and squad members.Track progress of deliverables, assist with backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with project timelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.Analyse the impact of requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle.Provide support to the TPM and assist with squad coordination and reporting.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.Proven experience working with technical teams and translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile squads.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support requirement validation and solution design.Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Confluence, ADO, or similar.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently and proactively driving tasks to completion.Preferred SkillsExceptional ability to elicit, analyse, and document requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with enterprise-level platforms, cloud platforms and financial services products.Familiarity with API specifications, data flows, and integration requirements.A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and patience.Experience in a distributed team environment and cross-functional collaboration.CompetenciesDigital : Microsoft AzureBusiness Analysis✅ Benefits:Work with modern technologies and international teamsLong-term and stable cooperationProfessional growth opportunities📩 If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, please send your CV to Alina Pchelnikova at [email protected]
