Global Investment Bank | Poland A global investment bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join its expanding change and technology function in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives across the bank’s global business, collaborating with international teams and contributing to high‑impact transformation programmes.Role OverviewThe Business Analyst will support the delivery of change across complex financial environments, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure solutions meet organisational objectives. This position is well-suited to someone analytical, detail‑focused, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with global stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and priorities.Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for change initiatives.Translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.Support solution design, process mapping, and data analysis activities.Collaborate with technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.Contribute to testing activities, including test case creation, defect analysis, and UAT coordination.Produce high‑quality artefacts such as user stories, process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.Assist in continuous improvement efforts across systems, workflows, and processes.Skills & ExperienceExperience as a Business Analyst within financial services, preferably investment bankingStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down complex topics.Excellent communication skills and confidence working with global stakeholders.Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management is beneficial.Familiarity with financial products, regulatory change, payments, or operational processes is an advantage but not essential.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.What’s on OfferOpportunity to work on global change programmes with strong visibility.Collaborative, multicultural environmentCompetitive rates of pay
