Business Analyst (M/F/D)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst or equivalent), Experience in analysing and documenting business processes, including creating clear visual process maps (e.g. BPMN, As Is / To Be), Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, Proven ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development ready documentation, Ability to understand business needs and challenge them constructively to propose feasible and valuable solutions, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, logistics, business, or a related field, Fluent English, both spoken and written (advanced level), Background or hands on experience in software development or low code solutions, Basic understanding of data concepts, such as SQL or working with structured datasets, Experience with RPA or workflow automation tools
