Business Application Tester (f/m/d)

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field., Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing., Hands-on functional testing experience in CRM, preferably D365 CRM covering positive/negative, regression, and integration scenarios and validation., Experience working in a structured or regulated environment, including validation testing and documentation practices., Solid knowledge of test design, test execution, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management, combined with strong attention to detail and a structured, quality‑focused mindset., Experience with test and defect tracking tools; exposure to test automation is considered an advantage., Fluent in English., ISTQB certification or equivalent., Experience supporting UAT activities or collaborating with business users during validation cycles., Working within a Business System Platform, centered around D365 CRM and/or PROS CPQ.
