Business Development Lead – Environmental Advisory & Compliance

Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Risk, Sustainability, or equivalent., Senior experience in environmental or sustainability advisory, including business development and client leadership., Proven ability to identify and develop advisory engagements from client need to contract closure., Experience in managing Profit & Loss responsibility is a strong advantage., Experience working in international and multicultural environments is a plus., Strategic vision and leadership in a growing advisory environment., Strong advisory expertise with senior-level client exposure., Ability to identify client needs, structure solutions, and convert them into consulting engagements., Leadership focused on delivering value and business growth., Negotiation skills and stakeholder management., Knowledge of local environmental regulations and compliance procedures., Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written).
