We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist who has initial experience in the construction / infrastructure / engineering sector​. The ideal candidate will play a important role in supporting ongoing expansion activities and help driving business’s growth and success. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with stakeholders.🎯 Role: Business Development Manager📍 Warsaw, office work model.🏗️ Company: new Polish branch of one of the TOP 12 International Contractor and the Biggest Korean Construction Company.Is this about you..?💎 You want to grow your career in an international business environment💎 You have initial experience in business development, sales, or market research💎 You are interested in the construction / infrastructure / engineering sector💎 You are fluent in English and comfortable working with international stakeholders💎 You are open to occasional business travel​ Responsibilities:🚀 Market Research & AnalysisConduct research on the construction and infrastructure market in Poland and neighboring countries. Analyze trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to support strategic decisions.🚀 Business Development SupportSupport international business development activities, including identifying potential partners and assisting in expanding the company’s presence in Europe.🚀 Client & Partner InteractionAssist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across EU, US, and UK markets. Support senior leadership in meetings and follow-ups.🚀 Meetings & CoordinationArrange, coordinate, and participate in business meetings. Ensure smooth communication between local and international stakeholders.🚀 Project & Sales ExposureGain exposure to the business development lifecycle, supporting various stages of the process (research, coordination, communication).🚀 Reporting & Internal CoordinationPrepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and headquarters.
