Caretaker (m/f/d)

Introduction

We are currently looking for a reliable caretaker (m/f/d) to support our team in maintaining properties. Among the tasks are waste disposal, monitoring of winter services, and carrying out cleaning work.

Your tasks:

• Waste disposal / waste separation
• Monitoring of winter services and maintenance cleaning
• Round and control walks to inspect the properties
• Communication with customers and colleagues on-site
• Carrying out cleaning work
• Waste provision, visual cleaning

Your profile:

• Possession of a class B driver’s license
• Independent work organization
• Communication and conflict resolution skills as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with tenants
• High service orientation
• Flexibility, initiative, and resilience
• Good German language skills in both written and spoken form
