Anforderungen

Solid understanding of ITIL with ITIL Foundation as a minimum, Experience running or coordinating Change Management in an ITSM environment, Hands on experience with ServiceNow Change or another enterprise ITSM platform, Ability to design and document governance rules workflows and approval logic, Good understanding of infrastructure services and project delivery, Strong stakeholder management and clear communication, Ability to work in a multiteam environment and drive consistency across suppliers, Structured approach and readiness to take full ownership of the process, Clear and concise communication in English, German skills are a plus, ITIL Managing Professional or higher ITIL certifications, Experience with ServiceNow risk scoring scheduling conflicts and change calendar management, Background in Release Management or technical change coordination, Experience working in a multivendor based environment (incl. SIAM), Capability to run governance forums and ensure alignment across stakeholders, Understanding of dependencies between change configuration and service impact, Experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management
