Your responsibilities:Proactively identify emerging technologies, novel ingredients, innovative formats, and healthcare solutions proposed by external Partners, , in order to expand current Portfolio and accelerate the growth for the organizationInfuse with ideas short-, mid- and long-term Innovation pipelineConduct early assessments to identify high-potential opportunities vs Company strategic areas for developmentDevelop trusted relationships with external Partners, Contract Manufacturers, Technology Providers etc.Design and develop strategic partnership model with proper Partner segmentation and metrics to drive strategic alliance agendaAct as an role model of Partnership & Innovation Hub, supporting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge flowLead internal preparation for partnership discussions with clear goals, expectations, and business rationalePartner recommendation for project acceptance for realization (for contract signature)Proposals, evaluations and negotiations of different business models with the Partners, which are in line with the company business strategy, for the optimal time to market, price and payment structure, verification of business case profitabilityLead negotiations and recommend for signature of all legal documents required to be signed with the Partners within the project, e.g. CDA’s, Letters of Intent, Termsheets, Memorandum of Understanding, In-licensing, Distribution, Products Acquisitions, Co-development, Contract Development agreements, contract annexesFollow the products developments / commercial offers / development capabilities at other pharmaceutical companies, collection of the data / know how within the CompanyRepresent Polpharma at trade shows and industry conferencesActively scout new companies, technologies, ingredients, and formats during events and translate market insights into actionable opportunitiesWe offer:Private medical careLife insuranceEmployee Pension Program (after 3 months of employment)Company carLunch card - 350 plnCo-financing for the Multisport cardCafeteria system (cinema, theater tickets, shopping vouchers, etc.)1 additional day offTraining and development of professional competencesAttractive compensationOur expectations:Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of the professional experience in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a similar positionVery good knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical law, intellectual property law, commercial and GMP law, required to negotiate the license / distribution / co-development / contract development agreementsProven track record of building external partnerships and supporting negotiationsExcellent negotiations skillsCuriosity, initiative, and the ability to navigate emerging technology landscapesStrong project management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindsetFluency in English (especially in the business / pharmaceutical / legal aspects)We will be very grateful if you send your application in English
