CI Engineer

Engineering degree or equivalent Professional Qualification is preferred., Demonstration of formal training in Continuous Improvement Tools, Experience of continuous improvement working using and coaching CI tools and techniques., Experience of using the TPM framework for improvement within a factory., Experience of working in a manufacturing environment min. 3 years., Strong financial and commercial awareness, with a good understanding of all functional areas within the business., Demonstration of: strong leadership through influencing and coaching; ability to communicate to all levels; energetic passion for creative but appropriate improvement; enthusiasm and patience to develop others; objective analytical style; a strong team work ethic., Advanced PC skills essential, Lean six sigma certificates is an additional asset
