CIS Security Manager

Introduction & Summary:The CIS Security is responsible for analyzing and developing network systems and information security practices critical to organizational integrity and data protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in operating systems, applications, TCP/IP, and security architecture, combined with a proven track record in information systems security and implementation.Main Responsibilities:The CIS Security will lead the enhancement of security protocols and document necessary changes in security measures. Key responsibilities include:Evaluating existing network systems for vulnerabilitiesImplementing security architecture frameworksOverseeing multi-level security processesManaging intrusion detection systemsCoordinating virus detection and control measuresAssessing risks and determining the necessary PKI frameworksProviding recommendations for system configuration changesKey Requirements:Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldAt least three years of experience in information systems securityMinimum of 3/4 years in information systems integration, implementation, or operationPortuguese NationalityOther Details:This position is focused on strengthening organizational security practices; this is a project for a security organization, so the details of the job description are limited.This position require 3x per week in the office - in Setúbal.
