Zakres obowiązków Lead and execute strategic initiatives across top enterprise accounts, including areas such as operational efficiency, digital adoption, executive engagement, and co-marketing Implement workflow optimization programs by introducing standardized protocols, templates, and treatment planning support Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms by developing implementation plans, training pathways, and governance structures Build and manage ROI-driven business cases with clear success metrics and measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion improvement, revenue uplift, operational efficiency gains) Accelerate strategic programs such as subscription models, patient financing solutions, and alternative business models Improve “ease of doing business through process optimization (e.g., billing, invoicing, operational forums) to strengthen long-term partnerships Conduct in-depth consultative analyses of client performance, including current-state vs. future-state assessments Develop opportunity matrices in collaboration with client leadership and oversee execution with cross-functional teams Lead hands-on improvement initiatives, including on-site observations, workflow redesign, and implementation projects Manage commercial and sales-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence within partner organizations Wymagania Bachelor’s degree required MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred), especially in strategy, operations, or business transformation 12+ years of relevant experience in areas such as: – Management consulting (strategy, operations, transformation) – Strategic/global account management in complex B2B or healthcare environments – Commercial or operational transformation within healthcare, med-tech, or regulated industries Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders (C-level, operations, clinical, finance, IT) Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial impact (e.g., revenue growth, productivity gains) Experience building and executing ROI-based business cases Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with comfort in fast-paced environments End-to-end accountability for process optimization and results Willingness to travel up to 50% Oferujemy A dynamic, international work environment focused on innovation and impact Opportunities to work on high-visibility, strategic projects with leading organizations Access to professional development resources and continuous learning opportunities A collaborative and inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and ideas Well-being programs supporting both personal and professional growth
