Commercial Finance Controller (m/k/x*)

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling, preferably in FMCG/food or manufacturing., Strong expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and OPEX control., Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills., Proven ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness to drive profitability., Excellent communication skills with experience in partnering sales & marketing teams and influencing decisions., Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage month-end close, reporting, and ERP projects.
