Your resonsibilities:Design and implementation of global and local compensation and benefits concepts;preparation, coordination, and execution of the annual salary and bonus review cycles;management of global compensation projects and contribution to the development of a global rewards strategy;creation of benchmarks and job evaluations for management positions including deriving recommendations ( e.g. Mercer);conceptual development and enhancement of Compensation & Benefits modules in Workday;development of KPIs and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation structure and ensure compliance with global guidelines.Our requirements:Completed Master's degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Human Resources;relevant and several years of professional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in an international environment or as a consultant;experience in digital HR process mapping, ideally in Workday;excellent English skills, both written and spoken;structured, independent way of working and resilience under pressure;professionalism and charisma supported by strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
