Compliance Specialist

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related degree, Min. 2 years of professional experience in a compliance department, consulting firm with a focus on compliance/forensics, risk management department, audit department or comparable, Additional professional training/qualifications or relevant regulatory experience is a plus, High motivation for integrity matters, Fluent English (both written and spoken), including knowledge of compliance-related terminology, Excellent interpersonal skills, being a team player with a collaborative work style, and possessing strong communication and listening skills, Strong analytical skills and creativity to facilitate investigation of the facts of a compliance case, Excellent understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks, Strong business acumen and ability to understand the impact of regulatory requirements and internal processes on the business, Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively
