Consultant (Ivalua, Ariba)

analyzing business requirements from an IT perspective and preparing project studies;
modeling and configuring the Ivalua platform based on customer needs, including building standard and custom interfaces;
providing expert consulting on the Ivalua eProcurement Cloud Solution;
preparing key project documentation such as solution designs, process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers;
maintaining regular communication and close collaboration with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

at least 3 years of experience supporting cloud‑based procurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar platforms;
strong understanding of procurement processes;
proficiency in English or German, combined with excellent communication skills;
willingness to grow and expand expertise in new solutions supporting logistics processes;
practical experience in logistics, particularly in purchasing, will be considered a plus.
