• You develop creative solution concepts and inspire customers with your ideas
• You prepare convincing presentations/reports and communicate them competently
• You manage successive projects, advise and report to the customer’s top management
• You support our market development and develop your own ‘business case’
• You are jointly responsible for the expansion of our product portfolio
• You train junior consultants & analysts and further develop their leadership skills

What do you bring?

• An excellent Master’s degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on strategic management, brand management, marketing, corporate development or industrial engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or in a comparable industrial role
• You think strategically and can interpret entrepreneurial contexts in a targeted manner
• Confident communication at C-level in English and German
• Enthusiasm for change and the ability to motivate and inspire people
