Consultant Success Partner

2–4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, operations, resource management, or a similar role, Strong ability to work with data and draw actionable insights, Understanding of key business metrics such as margin, utilization, and attrition, Experience in working with people (e.g. consultants, project teams, stakeholders) and ability to build effective relationships, Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management, Ability to identify risks early and take proactive actions, Confidence in handling challenging conversations and problem-solving in dynamic environments, Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, Proactive mindset and ownership – ability to operate independently and drive topics forward, Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, Fluency in Polish and English is required
