Content Creator and Indoor Rowing Coach (English Speaker) (M/F/D)

Introduction

AUGLETICS is an innovative fitness brand based in Berlin. We are reinventing indoor rowing with our connected rowers, combining German engineering with modern design. Our machines are designed in Königs Wusterhausen, just outside Berlin, and we're looking for our next English-speaking ambassador—someone who will represent our brand and make it shine on social media!

Tasks

We need you to be the face of our brand on video! As our coach and role model, you'll explain the best practices and techniques while motivating our community to train with our rowers. If you're passionate about fitness and can bring energy to the camera, this is the role for you.

• Create and share engaging and motivating videos showcasing how to use our connected rowers.
• Be a true coach on screen, providing practical tips and making indoor rowing accessible and exciting.
• Collaborate with our team during regular shoots (around 1 shoot per month or 2 every 2 months).
• Turn your expertise into social-friendly content that’s easy to understand and motivating for our community.

Requirements

• You’re between 25-40 years old, with a strong passion for indoor rowing (whether as a competitor or coach).
• You have solid rowing technique, excellent posture, and can explain the benefits of training.
• You speak English fluently (C2 level) and are comfortable in front of the camera. You’re natural, energetic, and motivating.
• You are a true ambassador of the sport: your energy and passion are evident in every video!
