Continuous Improvement Project Manager – Logistics Services

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent work experience., Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations and process improvement roles., Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation management, and supply chain principles., Strong project management skills in operational excellence area., Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment., Training and Lean culture implementation experience are highly desirable., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., Results-driven with a strong commitment to timely delivery., Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics (Power BI, Qlik etc.) and transport planning/management tools is an asset., Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and effective conflict resolution skills., Leads by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and positive change management., Ability to travel between Gdansk and Antwerp offices (+/- 10%).
