Responsibilities you'll haveWork in close collaboration with business and technology areas to establish and map controls in line with internal and external audit requirementsReview and understand Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) testing framework enhancements where operational controls are requiredEstablish and integrate operational controls within the BCCM framework in accordance with guidelinesPrepare and maintain a list of relevant guidelines, EBA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements, along with corresponding control documentationContinuously update documentation as the project progressesSupport Technology Risk Management (1LoD), BCCM 1st LoD, and BCCM RRP teams in implementing controlsMonitor and report on control effectivenessSupport the BCCM RRP Project 0.10 Delivery Lead in control documentation activitiesTrack open actions from meetings, plan follow-ups, and support the Delivery Lead with timely updates Expected competences and knowledge2–5 years of experience in a similar or related role, with close collaboration with 2LoD, 3LoD, and business stakeholdersExperience with failover and backup restoration testing is an advantageGood understanding of BCCM frameworks and processesExperience with risk and control management methodologies, including the ability to identify and document controls for identified risksHands-on experience in project documentation, including preparation of presentations and delivery materialsStrong collaboration skills across diverse teams, with the ability to consolidate and rationalize different perspectivesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworksUnderstanding of operational controls and testing frameworks Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
