Coordinator, Quality

Your main responsibilities:Organize the work of Quality Specialists Team, priority management, assignment, performance control, reporting results to the Quality ManagerProvide efficient support to the Operations Team in processing problematic orders and deliveries Ensure support for the stock inventory process - cyclical inventory/ control inventory (conducting inventory, explaining stock discrepancies, creating inventory documentation etc.)Create, update the standard operating procedures/ manuals and conducting quality audits Supervise and implement the HACCP system Monitor the quality parameters of supported processes, creating statistics and reportsTrain employees in quality processesCreate development plans for employeesThis is the right job for you if:Have higher education - Logistics, ManagementAt least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a logistics or production companyVery good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management rules, inventory regulations and the best practicesOrientation to customer needs, cost analysisEnglish language - B1Very good knowledge of WMS systems (e.x.DAX 365), MS Office Knowledge of the e-commerce, fulfillment operations Experience in team management and team motivationGoal orientationVery good organization of own work and team workThe ability to quickly understand the relationships between organizational processes.
