CPI Manager

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma - a MUST HAVE requirement, At least 7 years' experience in process improvement or operational excellence in an international environment, Awareness and understanding of cross-functional processes, Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, Proven track record in leading transformation projects, managing multicultural teams, and delivering measurable business results, Ability to drive change, act as a role model for continuous improvement, and work independently in a complex, matrixed organisation, Experience with process architecture, process mining, and business process management tools would be an asset, Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
