To strengthen our fleet team, we are looking for a Crew Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your tasks:

  • Organization and execution of crew changes (correspondence with agencies, flight bookings, visa formalities, briefings)
  • Selection of officers and crew ranks and coordination of mission planning
  • Checking and applying for travel documents, visas and certificates
  • Control of personnel appraisals
  • Administration and maintenance of the personnel database
  • Processing and forwarding of ship's mail
  • Regularly visiting the associated ships in German ports.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a shipping clerk or office clerk with professional experience in the maritime shipping industry
  • Professional experience in Crewing
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Independent and systematic way of working
  • Flexibility and reliability
