Your responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for CLM Product and cryptographic processes.
• Identify process gaps and escalate them accordingly.
• Assess risks of changes and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead change implementation in collaboration with vendors and global teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement of data quality.
• Prepare reports from multiple sources to track progress and identify issues.
• Serve as the first line of escalation for team members.
• Support end users with non-standard queries and urgent production issues.
• Engage with business functions to explain SSH/TLS key remediation processes.
• Implement Change Management controls for assigned tasks.
• Troubleshoot certificate generation and connection issues between Venafi TPP and target servers.
• Review solution documentation to ensure cryptographic security compliance.
• Provide cryptography consultancy services globally.
• Process ServiceNow requests within agreed SLAs.

• Proven experience with Venafi platform or TLS/SSH management processes.
• Strong customer and stakeholder focus with ability to build relationships across global teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Operational effectiveness with adherence to security, risk, and regulatory standards.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technical platforms.
• Experience in implementing change and improving processes.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Motivation to develop in the field of Cryptography.
