Customer Experience Specialist

minimum 5 years of professional experience in the CX area, experience in independently managing projects and implementing CX tools (documented portfolio of completed projects), knowledge of design thinking, Net Promoter Score, and Lean, strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box, creativity and openness to new solutions, with a good sense of aesthetics, ability to communicate effectively, build a positive collaboration atmosphere, and persuade others to support ideas, very good command of English enabling fluent communication in an international team, category B driving license, general knowledge of electromobility, the automotive market, and new trends and technical solutions in this area, familiarity with IT tools related to customer service, customer research, computer graphics, and marketing
