Join a reputable global financial services firm in a 16‑person team (working in sub‑teams of 3–8) supporting loan and bond administration. Work from a modern office located in the center of Wrocław.

Your Impact:

• Reconcile cash movements on client operating accounts
• Support the administration of loan and bond portfolios
• Track and process incoming and outgoing funds
• Execute transfers and settlements
• Communicate with a wide range of external partners
• Assist the Client Service Manager in delivering high‑quality service
• Contribute to projects such as new deal closings and process improvements

What You Bring:

• Strong English skills
• Interest in finance and operational processes
• A degree in Finance is helpful, but we welcome all academic backgrounds
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• Solid Excel skills and general PC literacy
• Knowledge of syndicated loans or automation tools is a plus

Practical Details:

• Employment type: 1‑year contract
• Hybrid model: 4 days in the office (central Wrocław)
