Your responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls on the customer hotline and email correspondence in Czech,
- Providing information regarding order delivery status, order cancellations, and complaint submissions to the clients,
- Supporting customers in resolving current issues according to established procedures,
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.
We are looking for people who:
- Speak Czech at C1 level and English at least at B2 level,
- Are empathetic and able to maintain a positive attitude,
- Can stay calm in challenging situations,
