Your responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls on the customer hotline and email correspondence in Czech,
  • Providing information regarding order delivery status, order cancellations, and complaint submissions to the clients,
  • Supporting customers in resolving current issues according to established procedures,
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.

We are looking for people who:

  • Speak Czech at C1 level and English at least at B2 level,
