- Handling email inquiries related to international football competitions and sporting events.
- Providing clear and accurate information to clients.
- Ensuring high-quality written communication and maintaining a professional image of the company.
- Assisting clients with questions about ticket availability, match schedules or seat allocation.
What we expect from you:
- Availability for part-time work (approx. 20 hours per week) – this is a temporary position until the end of May.
- Hungarian language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (training and systems are in English).
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability, engagement and a positive attitude.
- Availability to participate in a 1-day paid onboarding training onsite in Warsaw.
- Previous experience in customer support is welcome, but not required - motivation and willingness to learn are key.
