Anforderungen

Fluent English and German written and spoken is a must, Knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset, Proven experience with customers in a service-oriented area in the B2B environment, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers, internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and documentation, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, Customer oriented attitude, Experience in using SAP system for customer order handling is an advantage
