Customer Service Consultant with Swedish

Hi! 

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment..

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

 

Tasks: ​

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

 

Our requirements: 

- Fluency in Swedish (B2/C1).

- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).

- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00.

What we offer: ​

- Civil contract with a rate: 

• If you choose hybrid mode: ​PLN 58,00 gross/h;
• If you choose full remote mode: PLN 53,00 gross/h.​​

- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
