Customer Service Specialist (Complaints)

Minimum 2–3 years experience in after sales, customer service, claims handling or a similar role (preferably in B2B / industrial environment)., Experience with CRM / ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic familiarity with order-to-cash or logistics processes., Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer focused., Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions within authorization limits., Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously., Team player with a collaborative approach and resilience under pressure., Proactive attitude toward process improvement and learning., Languages skills: Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2).
