At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including hands‑on work with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management, Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, GCP, and Unix systems, Experience implementing PAM solutions, strengthening security controls, and supporting audits and compliance frameworks, Understanding of common IAM pillars such as IGA and MFA, plus familiarity with regulatory standards (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO), English at B2+ level for daily communication in an international environment, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
