D365 Release & Test Engineer / Test & Release Manager

• Planning, facilitating, and supervising all testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Configuring workflows in Azure DevOps according to best practices to support both system implementation and operations.
• Creating and maintaining automated test cases for various applications using the Leapwork tool.
• Leading stand-up meetings and bug triage sessions, as well as effectively managing relationships with stakeholders involved in testing processes.
• Developing test plans and final reports, and designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure computer systems are ready for operation.
• Managing Change, Release, and Test Management processes during the ERP system maintenance phase.

Required Skills & Experience 

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO in the context of implementation and operations.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including the ability to configure workflows supporting testing and deployment.
• Practical skills in test automation for various applications using Leapwork.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and methodologies within the scope of IT service management.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (Life Science), including ERP system validation and creating documentation compliant with SOPs.
• Proficiency in supporting tools such as Jira, Visio, and Microsoft Office 365 (including Copilot and Teams).
• English min. B2+
