Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you transform data into actionable insights through analysis and visualization. You support business users by delivering transparent, reliable, and decision-ready analytics.
Create dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
Prepare, validate, and analyze data from data platforms.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month.
Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
Understanding of data modeling and analytical concepts.
Strong analytical mindset.
Nice to have: Python or R for data analysis and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
