Bachelor's degree (or preferably) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and a high level of English proficiency., The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Data, BI, Analytics, Data Science, or AI and Product Management function, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, Consumer goods, or a related data-intensive industry., Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes., Possess strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with strong proficiency in SQL while Python & R are preferred, They are a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders., The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives when solving challenging problems that impact performance and outcomes.
