Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. Let's get in touch.What you’ll be doingUnderstanding our business and its processes through dataApplying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and services teamsDeveloping documentation and data governanceOwning the entire ETL processDesigning key metrics to measure different aspects of the businessCreating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data queryingProviding clean data sets, modelling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questionsWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutionsA solid background/education in a quantitative disciplineGreat skills with Python, SQL, or other programming languagesEvidence of exceptional mathematical and statistics knowledgeNice to haveAn advanced degree in a core STEM subjectExperience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)School/university Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programmingCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN15,900 - PLN23,800 gross monthly*Poland: PLN15,900 - PLN23,800 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
