Data Analysts and Scientists ‌work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases, look for root causes of a problem, design your own solutions, and write your own code to implement them. Let's get in touch.What you’ll be doingUnderstanding our business and its processes through our dataApplying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and service teamsDesigning key metrics to measure different aspects of the businessCreating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data queryingMaintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insightsPromoting data literacy across the company, organising and holding workshopsWhat you'll needPrevious experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutionsA background/education in a quantitative discipline5+ years of experience with SQLGreat skills with Python or other programming languagesEvidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledgeCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN12,600 - PLN31,500 gross monthly*Poland: PLN12,600 - PLN31,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
