bankingB2B up to 100zł/hHybrid work 3 days per week in the office in Warsaw/Łódź/Gdańska/GdyniaThe primary goal of the Data Analytics and Reporting Expert role is to provide agile and precise support for stakeholder reporting and data governance, ensuring high-quality communication and data integrity across various projects and initiatives.Main Responsibilities:Respond promptly to ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership and stakeholders.Maintain and optimize data governance processes.Support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering and coordinating progress reports.Ensure quality stakeholder communication and oversee workstream activities.Conduct ad-hoc analyses with efficient turnaround.Key Requirements:Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficient in Excel, particularly data modeling with Power Query and formulas.Experience in creating presentations with a focus on quality and detail.Ability to work in a team with a strong sense of accountability.Analytical and critical thinking skills to integrate diverse knowledge.Nice to Have:Experience in project coordination across multiple stakeholder meetings.Knowledge of data quality maintenance and reporting cadence.Familiarity with various data visualization tools.
