Information about the project:Industry: pharmaLocation: fully remoteRate: approx. 50 EUR/h netto + VAT (B2B) (but we are open for other rates)Long-term cooperationWhat You’ll Do:Build and evaluate generative AI, machine learning, and NLP models that deliver real business valueMaintain and optimize analytics solutions for high performance and reliabilityExtract insights from structured and unstructured data to support Product Supply decisionsDevelop prototypes, then scale them into industrialized IT productsCreate user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards, and scenario-planning toolsDevelop reusable frameworks and libraries that streamline data science workflowsExplore new data sources, tools, and techniques through innovation projectsBuild data pipelines and support data preparation for modelingCollaborate through GitHub, including code reviews and shared developmentContribute to continuous learning through workshops and knowledge-sharingPresent data-driven insights to stakeholders across all levelsAct as a subject matter expert in AI and data science best practicesWhat You BringMaster’s or PhD degree and 4+ years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or similar fieldsStrong educational or practical background in ML, statistics, mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics, or related quantitative disciplinesSolid experience with generative AI and machine learningAdvanced Python skills with experience in web application developmentUnderstanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent architecturesExperience designing and implementing AI agent systemsWorking knowledge of CI/CD, Azure, Docker, FastAPI/Flask, and Databricks(Nice to have) Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndexAbility to write production-grade OOP codeHands-on experience developing advanced analytics in cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to create thorough documentation
