University degree in Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, 3+ years’ experience in project management or business development, ideally within supply chain, customer service, or transportation in an e-commerce environment, Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to view services and products from the customers' perspective and understand their needs, Hands-on approach with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, Strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage, Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus, Fluency in Polish and English
