Our company consists of four development centers, each with its own back-office and operations team. The Delivery Manager we are looking for will join one of the centers and will be responsible for managing a number of Client projects which can range from overseeing small engineering teams under T&M to large multi-workstream multi-year Managed Service engagements.

About the role

At Akvelon, we have four development centers that, while part of the same company, operate as healthy competitors. We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can champion the interests of our development center while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and profitably - without compromising quality.

This role is for someone who communicates exceptionally well - with engineers, managers, and clients and can navigate different cultural contexts with ease. Your ability to work effectively with international teams, especially in the US, is critical.

Since most of our clients and head office are based in Seattle, this position requires time overlap with US working hours. You don’t need to work night shifts, but being available and responsive until at least 11 PM PST is highly important.
